VITO® stainless steel fryer cleaner

The VITO® stainless steel fryer cleaner removes stubborn encrustations and keeps your fryer clean and hygienically spotless.

Application

Drain the frying oil, fill the fryer with water, and heat the water to 90° C without cleaner. Add 1 tablet per 10 l of hot water, insert the frying basket, and simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Do not boil!
