VITO® stainless steel deep fryer cleaner

The VITO® stainless steel deep fryer cleaner removes stubborn deposits and ensures a clean and hygienic deep fryer.

Application

Drain the frying oil, fill the fryer with water, heat the water to 90° C without any cleaner. Add 1 tablet to 10 l of hot water, insert the frying basket and let it simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Do not boil!
