• cut hard and soft products such as root vegetables, peppers, onions, cucumbers, leeks, apples, citrus fruits, etc.
• tear cabbage
• 0.5 mm for Parmesan flakes
• from 4 mm upwards for cutting tomatoes, bananas, mushrooms, tearing lettuce and Chinese cabbage
• chop onions in conjunction with suitable dice grid
• dice in combination with a matching dice grid
