The high-quality original Pacossier® beakers made of stainless steel are part of the standard equipment for intensive daily use. A supply of at least 20 stainless-steel Pacossier® beakers is recommended for this purpose. They are the unit of measurement for all Pacojet recipes and are essential for proper deep-freezing and the proven quality of Pacojet results. Their specific design guarantees perfect precision when pacotizing®.
A sufficient supply of stainless-steel Pacossier®-beakers enable efficient use of the Pacojet while offering a wide variety of recipes.

The Pacossier®-beakers are secured to the Pacojet using the protective beaker.
Please note that the stainless-steel Pacossier®-beaker may only be used in combination with the plastic protective beaker. Please observe the corresponding notice on the respective protective beaker.
