M10 knife disinfection cabinet

This M10 device was specially developed for the UV-C disinfection of knives and hygienic tools. It enables the efficient disinfection of knife surfaces in many applications: in commercial catering and hotels, food production, and laboratories. It is completely safe for employees because of the full shielding. The result: gradual and thorough disinfection of knife surfaces and kitchen utensils, removing unwanted germs, viruses, yeasts, and mold spores with an efficacy of up to 99.99%.

After washing the knives, place them in the special holder. Set the timer between 0–120 min. After approximately 60–90 min, the knives are disinfected by UV-C.

Construction

High-quality stainless steel and a very high surface finish meet even the highest hygiene requirements. The UV-C lamp and electronics are integrated into the housing. The exceptionally long service life of the UV-C lamps makes the M10 UV-C SYSTEM economical; replacing a UV lamp is completely simple and can be carried out without additional maintenance costs.
