M10 knife disinfection cabinet

This M10 device was specially developed for UV-C disinfection of knives and hygienic tools. It ensures efficient disinfection of knife surfaces in many areas of application: in kitchens in the catering and hotel industry, in food production and in laboratories. It is completely safe for employees to use due to the complete shielding. The result: a gradual and thorough disinfection of knife surfaces and kitchen utensils from unwanted germs, viruses, yeasts and mold spores with an efficiency of up to 99.99%.

After washing the knives, they are placed in the special holder. The timer is set between 0-120 minutes. After about 60-90 minutes, the knives are disinfected by UV-C.

Construction

High-quality stainless steel and a very high surface quality meet even the highest hygiene standards. The UV-C lamp and the electronics are integrated in the housing. The extraordinarily long service life of the UV-C lamps makes the use of the M10 UV-C SYSTEM economical; replacing the UV lamp is very easy and can be carried out yourself without any additional maintenance costs.
