A40 OV air disinfection unit
The STERILSTAR A40 OV air disinfection unit ensures effective disinfection of room air when air movement is present, for example through evaporator fans. The room air flows through the disinfection unit, and the emitted UV-C dose at an exact wavelength of 253.7 nm safely eliminates microorganisms contained in the air, such as germs, viruses, yeasts, and mold spores. At the same time, their reproduction is prevented, with an efficacy of up to 99.99%.
Construction
A movable shield protects people and food from direct irradiation. Installation on a wall or ceiling is very easy. High-quality stainless steel and a very high surface finish meet even the highest hygiene standards. The electronics and power cables are integrated into the housing with splash protection.
If odor neutralization is required, this model can be equipped with the necessary emitters. Upon request, we can also supply the UV-C emitters with shatter protection.
